What do I have in the apartment included in the apartment rate?

The Admiralty 1 studio apartment is located on the ground floor in the court yard. You can park the car in the secured yard. All systems in apartment are of Western quality. Floors are made from African merbau wood and a polished granite with warming up system. There is a kitchenette made from a thick tinted glass with induction cooker, sink, cattle, fridge and a washing mashine. For the entertainment you will have Sat TV/VCR/Hi-Fi. Local phone calls you will have for free. You can plug un your laptop into the phone line for the Internet access. There is a safe deposit box for your documents and valubles.

How do I pay for the apartment and how can I get a key?

To place a booking please send us a request for the apartment availability. After we will confirm it you can make a 1 night rate deposit via PayPal, with online credit card payment, bank stransfer, U.S. check or Western Union transfer. We will put a reserve since you are going to pay to secure your booking. Upon the funds arriving we wil E-mail you a written booking confirmation. The rest of the balance can be paid at the apartment in St Petersburg. Please note that we can accept credit cards online only. Do not provide us with your card information.

Please provide us with the time of your arrival to the St Petersburg airport in order the apartment manager Victor can meet you there. If do not need a transfer please let us know at what time are you going to be at the apartment. In that case Victor will meet you there. Our airport transfer rate is only € 30 a car. Also you can use a shuttle bus to the Moskovskaya metro station and than take a metro to go downtown. It will cost you about $2-3. Victor will give you the keys and accept the rent balance.
