What is special about the accommodation at that St Petersburg apartment for rent?

That apartment has a unique location - just in 100 steps from the Winter Palace right on the Neva river embankment. That place - is a former Peter's the Great shipyard. Than the area belonged to The Admiralty of Russian Impire Navy. From your apartment you will be in a step from the night life of White nights with flying Palace bridge wings across the apartment building.

All the tourist sites are around the apartment. With that acomodation you will forget about expensive taxi, crowded metro (subway) You are here just for teh relax.

 

What do I have in the apartment included in the apartment rate?

You will have to pay 50 EUR a night for the whole apartment for 1-2 guests and 10 EUR for each next person over 2.

The Admiralty 2 one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor in the court yard. You can park the car in the secured yard. All furniture is economy style from IKEA. Floors are made from linoleum, walls - regular wallpaper. There is a full kitchen with cas cooker and oven, microwave oven, sink, cattle and a fridge. No washing mashine. For the entertainment you will have Sat TV/VCR/Hi-Fi. Local phone calls you will have for free. You can plug un your laptop into the phone line for the Internet access.

How do I pay for the apartment and how can I get a key?

To place a booking please send us a request for the rental apartment availability. After we will confirm it you can make a 1 night rate deposit via PayPal, with online credit card payment, bank transfer, U.S. check or Western Union transfer. We will put a reserve since you are going to pay to secure your booking. Upon the funds arriving we will E-mail you a written booking confirmation. The rest of the balance can be paid at the apartment in St Petersburg. Please note that we can accept credit cards online only. Do not provide us with your card information.

Please provide us with the time of your arrival to the St Petersburg airport in order the apartment manager Victor can meet you there. If do not need a transfer please let us know at what time are you going to be at the apartment. In that case Victor will meet you there. Our transfer rate is only EUR 30 a car. Also you can use a shuttle bus to the Moskovskaya metro station and than take a metro to go downtown. It will cost you about EUR 2-3. Victor will give you the keys and accept the rent balance.
