The Moika 3 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor in the court yard. You can park one or more cars there. All furniture in that Saint Petersburg apartment is economy style from IKEA. Floors are covered with carpet and hardwood. Walls decorated with regular cheap wallpaper. There is a kitchen with electric cooker and oven, microwave oven, sink, cattle and a fridge. There is a washing mashine. For the entertainment you will have TV/VCR/Hi-Fi. Local phone calls you will have for free. Bed suits are included in the prcie.
How do I pay for the apartment in Saint Petersburg and how can I get a key?
To place a booking please send us a request for the apartment availability. After we will confirm it you can make a 1 night rate deposit for rent via PayPal, with online credit card payment, bank transfer, U.S. check or Western Union transfer. We will put a reserve for your rental apartment since you are going to pay to secure your booking. Upon the funds arriving we will E-mail you a written booking confirmation. The rest of the balance can be paid at the apartment in Saint Petersburg. Please note that we can accept credit cards online only. Do not provide us with your card information.
Please provide us with the time of your arrival to the Saint Petersburg airport in order the apartment manager Victor can meet you there. If do not need a transfer please let us know at what time are you going to be at the apartment. In that case Victor will meet you there. Our transfer rate is only EUR 30 a car. Also you can use a shuttle bus to the Moskovskaya metro station and than take a metro to go downtown. It will cost you about EUR 2-3. Victor will give you the keys and accept the rent balance.
