How do I pay for the flat and how can I get a key?
To place a booking for that short term rental flat please send us a request for the flat availability. After we will confirm it you can make a 1 night rate deposit via PayPal, with online credit card payment, bank transfer, U.S. check or Western Union transfer. We will put a reserve since you are going to pay to secure your booking. Upon the funds arriving we will E-mail you a written booking confirmation. The rest of the balance can be paid at the flat in St Petersburg, Russia. Please note that we can accept credit cards online only. Do not provide us with your card information.
Please provide us with the time of your arrival to the St Petersburg airport in order the flat manager Victor can meet you there. If do not need a transfer please let us know at what time are you going to be at the flat. In that case Victor will meet you there. Our transfer rate is only EUR 30 a car. Also you can use a shuttle bus to the Moskovskaya metro station and than take a metro to go downtown. It will cost you about EUR 2-3. Victor will give you the keys and accept the rent balance.
